CeeD Feed

Stay in touch with all the news, meetings, events, training opportunities and requests for help within the community via CeeD's RSS feed.

RSS (or Really Simple Syndication) is a way of distributing or collecting information. Two things are needed - some information that you want to subscribe to (an RSS Feed like CeeD's) and then something to use to collect it and read it (an RSS reader).

There are many RSS readers now - some are even embedded into your web browser. Amongst many others are...

  • FeedDemon (Windows)
  • NetNewsWire (Mac)
  • Amphetadesk (Linux)
  • BlogLines (Web Based)
...but the choice is really down to your personal preference.

Setting up a feed differs from one reader to another, but it usually involves copying the URL of the feed (in CeeD's case, http://www.ceed-scotland.com/ceedfeed.xml) and pasting it into the reader. Once you've done that, you'll begin receiving all the latest from CeeD and any other site feeds to which you wish to subscribe.
